This trek is part of Walktober festivities sponsored by the Last Green Valley.

The Tri-Town Ridgeline Forest, a 409-acre property straddling Griswold, North Stonington, and Preston, is Avalonia Land Conservancy’s newest acquisition. In honor of ALC’s 50th anniversary, we’ll explore Tri-Town’s rugged trails for migrating birds, insects, and amphibians, late-blooming wildflowers, early fall foliage, and stone walls.
