Join Avalonia for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of the Sheets Family Forest at 1:00 pm, followed by a guided hike by naturalist Bruce Fellman from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

 

This spectacular 86-acre preserve boasts a 3 mile trail and a half-mile of frontage along the Green Fall River. This preserve is part of the Wood Pawcatuck Watershed, which has received a Wild & Scenic designation.

 

Light refreshments will be available -all are welcome! The Sheets Family Forest is on Puttker Road in North Stonington, CT.
