Avalonia welcomes new Land Stewardship Intern, Conor Feeney

Stonington resident Conor Feeney has joined the ranks of Avalonia’s interns and will be assisting our stewardship team for the next several months.  A graduate from the University of Connecticut class of 2022 with a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, Conor has a deep interest in wildlife conservation and has spent time in National Parks all across the country including but not limited to Badlands National Park, South Dakota, Mt. Rainier National Park, Washington, and Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska. With an emphasis on data-driven science, Conor seeks to create innovative solutions that allow humans and wildlife to share space.
